Buyer beware! High pressure sales pitch to get you to buy in for “lifetime membership” know that you will buy into the ghetto of high fees with low/no maintenance and no response to your inquiries and concerns. Overgrown with nasty …
Fun place to stay and it's clean! All staff members are friendly and helpful, and the property has a lot of pretty features.
Stayed with my sister July 4th weekend 2023. No Internet or cell service which isolates you...no family communications, telecommuting, online banking, movie streaming etc .. We followed check in directions for Wif which did not work & other campers said they couldn't access Wifi either. Unfortunate because the location is serene, clean free showers, very, very nice & helpful grounds staff who make rounds constantly in golf carts.
Bought into the camping club. What a joke. Paid 4500 for nothing. Val lied about what I was getting. The service is so very bad. Two years later. Still trying to get them to square up on the 5 year contract. Rpi was added but for only 2 years. Not only not getting what I paid for but the stress of having to go back and forth with trying to get something out of this is not worth it. Just gonna wash my hands if it all. Please don’t fall for it. It’s not worth it. Plus no wifi at the canyon creek resort and always strong winds at delta shores nether place is great.
THEY ARE LIARS - DON'T BE FOOLED. Val and her "team" will come off as the nicest people, fill you up with lie after lie, follow up with you on daily basis, make empty promises, talk about the limited time you have to sign up, until you buy into their LIE membership. They will over and over tell you about the perks of the membership and what it includes.
We were made to believe that our 10 year membership includes RPI AND Coast to Coast. 1 year later, we were surprised to find the RPI membership expiring, and that the membership is ONLY for Vista Resorts!!
VAL COMPLETELY disappeared after we bought into the membership. She did not respond to texts, calls, emails. Why? because she knows she's a FRAUD and a LIAR!! The LONG presentations and fliers they give you to make you believe you're getting RPI, Coast to Coast, etc are nothing but a bunch of lies!!! We wasted our time to watch their presentation for RPI and Coast to Coast, to be fooled and believe that's what we're getting!
Every month that I'm charged for this LIE membership, I'm angry at how I let them FOOL ME with their smiles and sweet words. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!
This is a terrible place. They sell you a membership but don’t tell you all the details. You are supposed to be able to gift it up to two times. What they don’t tell you is that if you gift it to anybody other than your children it will cost them $1,800.00. They have already charged you 4-5,000 dollars for your member ship but feel they are entitled to more money from whoever you gift it to. This is extortion and terrible buisness. I do not recommend anyone taking part in this if unless they like wasting their money!
My wife and I have enjoyed the serenity of this park for several years, even if the power was sometimes so low our EMS cut off power to protect our coach from low voltage. Our most recent visit was different. We are Coast to Coast members and were treated like unwanted guests. Staff was so rude we cut our stay short and found a better place to be.
We stayed in cabin A12. Upon arrival it was clean and they had the AC on for us so it was nice and cool. It has everything you would need for a weekend stay, including dishes, flatware, pots and pans... There were even wine glasses l, but hey, it's CA!
